We will be gathering at the church on this Sunday afternoon at 3:30pm as a group to help rake the yards of our older church members. This is a great way to give back to our elders who have done so much for our church. Bring any rakes, yard waste bags, gloves, and anything else you think would be useful. We will be back at the church around 5:00pm for hot chocolate and roasted marshmallows around the firepit. Bring a friend! We could use the help!
Starting Wednesday, Nov. 30th, an eight-week Bible study focusing on the Book of Galatians is starting up. The study is meeting in the Fellowship Hall at 8:00pm and will last around an hour. Bring a friend and a snack to share. Coffee and soda will be provided. Pastor Scott will be leading the study.
Our Hanging of the Greens service, marking the first Sunday in Advent, will be Sunday, November 27th. This worship service will be a special service with unique music with vocal soloists and instrumental music. We will be decorating the entire sanctuary with live greenery. You won’t want to miss this beautiful start of the Christmas season.
Bring your most scrumptious casserole or dessert on Wednesday night this week. We are having a good old-fashioned potluck dinner. Bring enough for yourself and to share. Dinner starts at 6:00 with surprise entertainment following.
